Tucker Fitness Company takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting your data and handling it responsibly. As such, this privacy policy covers the data that Tucker Fitness Company collects and how we use it.

We collect and process your personal information for certain legitimate business purposes under the lawful basis of ‘contract’, allowing us to fulfil any contractual obligations related to the services we provide.

We do this to process applications and enquiries, to ensure you are safe to participate in an exercise programme, to administer your membership account, and to provide the best service to you, including checking in, providing ongoing coaching, and requesting feedback in order to improve our service. This includes: 

- The contact information you provide when you sign up, enquire, or apply to one of our services

- Information relating to your health and lifestyle when you fill in a PAR-Q or check in with us

Photos & videos

Tucker Fitness Company may occasionally take photos and videos of sessions for social media and possible website usage. All due care will be taken to ensure that no one appears in filming or content created by us without prior consent. You have the right to withdraw consent or request a photo or video be removed at any point, and can do so by emailing jamie@tuckerfitnesscompany.com.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put a number of electronic and administrative processes in place to safeguard the information we collect and store.

Keeping your data up to date

You may request to see the information we hold and have it corrected or deleted at any time, please use the contact below to do this. You can expect that we will retain personal information for a reasonable period following an enquiry, and we may hold some information, such as that relating to your health, for up to seven years after the end of a membership.
